Chicago Ice Cream Parlor Building. Old fashioned Chicago Buffalo Ice Cream Parlor closed in 1974. Was located on Irving Park Rd. It was so nostalgic inside this old ice cream parlor. Electric Trolly buses went by this old place in 1974.
